About Teresa Safety Nets

What We Install Across Chennai

Five services cover almost every balcony, duct, terrace and utility area we are called to. Pigeon nets and bird nets stop droppings and nesting, children safety nets protect toddlers and pets on high-rise balconies, invisible grills add security without blocking the view, and ceiling cloth hangers give back floor space while drying a full load of laundry.

Work ranges from a single apartment balcony to full-society contracts, warehouse ducts, school stairwells and commercial terraces.

• Pigeon nets and bird nets — ₹18–₹25 per sq ft, 3–5 year warranty
• Children safety nets — ₹25–₹40 per sq ft, 6–10 year warranty
• Invisible grills — ₹140–₹200 per sq ft, 20-year warranty
• Ceiling cloth hangers — measured and quoted on site

Our Team and Service Radius

Our office and stock are in Raja Ratan Nagar, Moulivakkam, near Punjab National Bank. From there we serve 70+ Chennai localities — the west belt around Porur, Ramapuram and Valasaravakkam, the south along GST Road and OMR, plus Anna Nagar, Adyar, Mylapore, Velachery, Tambaram and Ambattur.

Installers are employed by us and trained in-house, which is why we can promise same-day visits and stand behind the warranty years later.

Materials and Workmanship Standards

We specify UV-treated HDPE and nylon netting with 316-grade stainless hooks because Chennai's sun, monsoon and salt air destroy cheaper hardware first. Fixing uses minimal sealed anchoring so exterior paint and plaster are not damaged, and tension-mounted no-drill systems are available for lease and heritage buildings.
