What a Good Installation Looks Like
Look at the border first: the rope should be evenly tensioned with no sagging between hooks, and hooks should sit flush and sealed rather than protruding. On invisible grills, the cables should be parallel and uniformly spaced, roughly three inches apart.
On ceiling cloth hangers, the rail, pulleys and rope guides should line up so each rod drops straight and returns smoothly — misalignment is what makes cheap hangers jam within months.
- Evenly tensioned border rope, no sagging panels
- Flush, sealed stainless hooks with no wall staining
- Uniform cable spacing on invisible grills
- Aligned rails and pulleys on ceiling cloth hangers
