Free Inspection & Quote

How the Free Site Visit Works

Tell us your locality, floor and the openings you want covered. We reach most Chennai addresses the same day, measure every balcony, window, duct or ceiling run, check the fixing points, and recommend the material grade that suits the exposure.

You then get an itemised written quote — material, fixings and labour separated — before any commitment. There is no charge for the visit and no advance payment.

• Same-day visits across most Chennai localities
• Exact measurement of every opening, not an estimate
• Itemised written quote with no obligation
• Installation often possible on the same visit

What the Quote Will Be Based On

Pigeon nets and bird nets are ₹18–₹25 per sq ft with a 3–5 year warranty. Children safety nets are ₹25–₹40 per sq ft with a 6–10 year warranty. Invisible grills are ₹140–₹200 per sq ft with a 20-year warranty. Ceiling cloth hangers are quoted from the measured rod length and ceiling fixing.

Within each range, the figure depends on the quality you choose — mesh thickness, coating and hardware grade — which we show you physically during the visit.

How Soon Installation Can Happen

Most single balconies are measured and installed in the same visit, taking two to four hours. Larger jobs — full societies, warehouse ducts, terraces — are scheduled within a few days once materials are cut to size. Apartment association approval, where needed, is supported with our spec sheet and sample photos.
