These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Teresa Safety Nets ("we", "our", "us") to you, the customer. By requesting a quotation, confirming an order or allowing our team to begin installation at your premises in Chennai, you agree to these terms.
Quotations & Pricing
- Prices shown on this website (e.g. per-square-foot ranges for pigeon nets, safety nets and invisible grills) are indicative starting ranges. Your final price depends on the exact area, material chosen, building height and site conditions.
- A written or WhatsApp quotation is valid for 15 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are exclusive of any GST or statutory levies that may apply, which will be shown separately on your invoice.
Measurements & Site Survey
Final billing is based on measurements taken at your premises by our team or a confirmed site survey. Where the actual area differs from your estimate, the quotation will be revised before work begins — no installation starts without your approval of the final measurement and price.
Payments
- An advance may be collected to confirm the booking and schedule materials.
- The balance is payable on completion of installation, before our team leaves the premises.
- We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer. Invoices are issued for every completed job.
Warranty
- Pigeon / bird nets carry up to a 4-year warranty, safety nets up to 8 years and invisible grills up to 20 years, as confirmed on your quotation and invoice for the specific product installed.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the net / grill material and our workmanship under normal residential use.
- The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, fires, natural calamities, vandalism, unauthorised repairs, or structural alterations made to your building after installation.
- Warranty claims are serviced free of labour charges; materials replaced under warranty are provided at no cost as per the terms confirmed at purchase.
Installation & Access
- You agree to provide safe access to the work area (balcony, windows, ducts, terraces or common areas) at the scheduled date and time.
- Where society or association permission is required for work in common areas, obtaining it is your responsibility.
- We take care to avoid wall damage during installation; drilling points are agreed with you where visible finishing matters.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations after materials have been cut or customised for your site, or after work has begun, may attract a reasonable charge for materials and work already completed.
Liability
- Our nets and grills are safety aids, not substitutes for supervision. Children and pets should always be supervised on balconies and near windows.
- Teresa Safety Nets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of installed products, nor for pre-existing structural defects in your building.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
